  1. The Best part of the Video was the Hot Pinay you met in the airport on her way back to Cebu, One lucky Guy also she scored as well with her new found Love/ Passport ticket out!! Peace keep up the good Vlogs.

    1. Yes she was a very nice Filipina. I covered the PAL flight and taxi scams again for new travellers. Thanks for watching =)

    1. Haha thank you. That Australian friend took a fake taxi last year. They drove him to a remote area and took his pesos, so these scams still happen. Thanks for watching my friend =)

  2. Ooooi, taxi’s in Metro Manila! Better stand in line for a long time than take the risk… or go by Uber 😀

    1. Yes the Metered Taxi line was ok that day, but can get long. Uber was good in Manila. Thanks for watching my friend =)

    1. Yes used Uber in metro Manila later on. Glad you liked it and thanks for watching =)

    1. The fake taxi’s seriously make a bad impression as soon as you land in Manila. Thanks for watching =)

    1. Yep Uber was good in Manila. I heard GrabCar is good too. But I only set up my phone and local SIM card once I got to the hotel. Thanks for sharing =)

  3. so thats the best way to get out of the airport, whats the best way to get to the airport without being in danger or getting ripped off?

    1. When you arrive use the Metered or Fixed rate taxi lines. Fixed rate is a little more but you don’t have to wait or haggle over the price. Going back to the airport asking for a metered taxi, or use Uber. What I mean is some taxi’s will not put on the meter, or ask for a higher price to the airport. This is common in rush hour as it can take 1-2 hours to get there. Hope that helps and thanks for watching =)

  4. nice video, difinitely very helpful especially for foreigners, about taxis in manila, been waiting ages lol for ur pinas 2016 videos ? ? u upload very late than the sezstyle channel ?

    1. Thank you, appreciate the positive feedback. Exactly why I share my videos, there may be viewers who have not travelled PH before. Can be hard to post videos when travelling around PH. Internet is very slow or does not work. Catching up with regular posts now =)

  5. Hopefully the President will demand that foreigners first experience in the country that its visitors will not be scammed at the airport or have a free souvenir bullet for visiting them. They really need to stop that. Its a huge turn off and start hitting these guys hard. Personally it makes me upset and makes my lady’s country and people look bad. Thanks for sharing. I would like to see in the near future that that there is a huge sting operation.

    1. Yes exactly, things were allowed to get out of control under previous administrations. Hopefully the problems at Manila airport can be dealt with effectively now there is President Duterte. Thanks for watching =)

    2. +B Adventures Yes hopefully. it’s great seeing you and the Sea duo hanging out the last few weeks. yes, We enjoy your videos traveling Asia…. have fun and be safe….

  6. Good to see you back B, I have been watching you for the past week on Sez, great info on the Metered Taxi at NAIA, so many scams for the foreigner to avoid, is the Clipper more a Hostel style place than a hotel ?

    1. Glad you found the info helpful. The Clipper is a simple clean and safe hotel. I like it for the classic Pan American Airways theme and customer service. There are plenty of other cheaper or more expensive options in Makati. Thanks for watching =)

    2. Philo in the Philippines these taxi drivers, they do it to everybody, not only foreigners. They must be stopped for doing this things. They’ve been doing it for many years.

  7. Thanks for the Taxi tip. I would have been the guy with the kidnapping story if you did not post this.

    1. Glad you found it helpful. Its sad but still happening unfortunately. Thanks for watching =)

    2. I’m Filipina and I had a bad experience when taking a taxi in my own freaking country lol! They ripped me off as well geez! ???

  8. Hi Brendan. I thought that pinay at the airport was your gf at first. If you do get a pinay gf, be sure to show her to your viewers. We wanna see if she’s gwapa or pangit ?. I also saw you were hanging out with Seth, he’s a nice guy. Have fun bro!

  9. I must admit, I just fell for that taxi scam after I got off from Terminal 1 on my last holiday in Manila by these so called fixed rate taxis. After I put an argument with him for tricking me and charging me 2000 pesos from T1 to Mall of Asia, he threatened to kidnap me and turned the other way, I ended up giving in. Whenever I travel to Manila, I’m just gonna get my hotel taxi to pick me up for now on, which is the Golden Phoenix hotel. I also bought a SIM card for 500 pesos and used Uber and Grab where they only charge me from Pasay to Makati for 163 – 180 pesos.

    1. It can happen to anyone, especially on your first trip. I know what you mean, sometime its not worth getting stressed or worse. Next time used the marked taxi’s (metered or fixed rate). Don’t use the private unmarked cars. If a marked taxi tries something take a photo of the drivers ID card (usually displayed inside the taxi) and number plates and report them. I tried Uber in Manila and had good luck when the internet worked. Apparently there is a new bus service from NAIA airport. Anyway hope you had a good trip in the end 😉

    2. if someone threatened to kidnap ME, i’d be punching their teeth out and I’m not a big guy or a tough guy. don’t be a wuss.

    1. Oh totally understand. It is the right thing to do. If they don’t use the meter, they often try a few tricks. Once you are in the car they can take you to a random place and try something else. That is what happened to the Australian friend. If you don’t feel safe get out of there.

    2. B Adventures Travel Vlogs cab tried charge me 1500 from airport to ermita usally that time 200 p fare iv hav too much experience there 25 years worth i knw it all

  10. Another good video with good reminders and tips on how to avoid getting scammed right at the airport arrival area. Thumbs up.

  11. Yea id rather go pal air. Then budget cebu pacific. Bugger prepaid food etc . Love the full travel experience on a normal full service plane

    1. A mate took a budget flight to Thailand. The EFTPOS machine died in-flight so he couldn’t buy food. 12 hour flight suffering haha. They gave him peanuts and water to stop his complaining. After that he always pre-book food on international flights.
