  1. The man wearing orange t-shirt on your back is a famous artiest in Philippine movie and also on TV.

    1. +rona rona oh cool, if I knew I would have said hello. What’s his name? Thanks for watching =)

    1. +rona rona yes usually I use T2 also but the Cebu Pacific flight from Dumaguete landed at T3. Its ok I was obviously really frustrated how the scammers came right up to me inside the genuine taxi rank. All worked out in the end =)

  2. The entire taxi system at NAIA is a scam except for the metered taxi. IF the metered taxi driver is honest. Pisses me off every time that the scammers cat call people from across the street IN FRONT OF POLICE. Be aware!

  3. +Aaron Taylor Yes it’s a shame they way taxi’s run at the airport, and in general. It concerns me as new visitors may have a really bad experience or get scammed when they first arrive. I’ve heard some terrible stories. PS check your Google+ settings, you don’t have a reply button on your comment. Thanks for watching =)

  4. Just go up to Departures from the Arrivals. Elevator up is far left before the exit to the taxi lines. Go up to Departures and get one of the incoming taxi and ask for meter. Airport to most of Makati in traffic 220 pesos done. Great videos keep it going

    1. +Max Palma yes good reminder, in future I’ll just go upstairs and hopefully save the nuisance of the downstairs Arrivals area. I was happy to use the coupon fixed rate this time to save time and hassle. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel =)

    1. +nikeboy69er yes I’ve heard good things about it from other travellers in Manila, and other countries. Thank for the reminder and watching =)

  5. Man, the whole taxi situation in Manila makes me upset. You still overpaid by more than double. I believe you said you went to arrivals? If you want the cheapest (and normal) rate, it’s best to go upstairs (while still in the airport) and exit out where departures are. Then you can get a normal street metered taxi fairly quickly. To Makati it should cost about 150 pesos… I usually give 200 pesos if it’s an honest driver. But yeah, I always get pissed off when people try and take advantage… and sometimes I forget to walk upstairs, and then realize after I’ve already exited the airport… which is a pain, as you have to go back in (through the metal detectors). Thanks for sharing my friend! BTW, Mang Inasal is delicious 🙂

    1. +SezStyle Hey thanks my friend but lessons learned. Yes I forgot to go upstairs while inside the airport. Obviously they try to wear down and trick weary and tired travellers, even when you are in the metered line. I was so tired and frustrated I just wanted to get out of there. If the taxi’s want to be like this then I’ll just use Uber or find another solution in future. Seeing my friends and the Mang Inasal at the end was a huge morale booster. Don’t worry it’s much more positive in coming episodes =)

    2. +B Adventures Looking forward to the next episodes! I have to admit, I’m getting a little sad that your PI adventure is coming to a close… well at least until the next one, Lol.

    3. +SezStyle yeah my heart was already heavy at that point when I got to Manila. I keep having amazing experiences in Phils which is why I keep going back =)

    4. But the problem with try to get upstairs is that they often shut down the escalators and elevators. If you have big luggage its almost impossible to get upstairs. A friend of mine Who works at the airport tells me that employees intentionally shut down escalators and elevators to farce people to take the scamming taxis

  6. The Philippines is a beautiful country.Lovely place to shop and eat to different restaurants.I always love to go back to my country of origin.

  7. Someone mentioned if Mang Inasal is still serving Unlimited Rice. He is actually talking about the one you just had lunch at in this video. Just choose thePhp99 Meals, “unlimited rice”. Lol. Missionaries from the west love Man Inasal cause of Unlimited Rice.

Plus the drink you had is Gulaman which is basically just sugar melted on hot water, maybe a drop of vanilla extract in most cases.

    1. +Lj Chan thanks for the message. I didn’t ask for more rice as I was happy and full. I think the Gulaman pearl tea had tapioca balls or sago jelly as they were chewy. Gulaman in general can mean jelly, so may not always be the seaweed or Agar jelly. Thanks for watching =)

  8. I used that fixed rate taxi stand yesterday and it was still the same price as listed in this vid. I just went to te center island taxi stand for the fixed rate to where you are going. They will give you a coupon and when you arrive at your destination the price is fixed and thats all you pay. If you wanna add tip, thats up to you.

Just dont pay any attention to any other people approaching you trying to sell you a taxi.

    Thanks “B” for this advise!!

  9. everything is totally different now under duterte administration, if you experienced that again you can report them immediately to the proper authority & they will immediately take action regarding your concern. Pres. duterte will never tolerate that kind of attitude.

    1. I heard things are slowly improving. This video was from my PH Season 2 travel series. Already done Season 3 in 2016 when President Duterte was just elected. Thanks for watching =)

  10. Malaysia, China or India might make for a better series. 2nd world countries that are on the up but without the sleazy opportunistic criminality and prostitution of the PI.

  11. Thank God Duterte won the presidential election cause if not Philippines would not have change.

    1. Exactly, the country has not changed or developed for 30 years. PH is trying to catch up now 😉

    1. B Adventures Travel Vlogs wala naman nabago, last year umuwi ako, nandun p din yung mahal n taxi, nagpapakita p ng resibo para patunayan legal sila..katakot ang presyo..2500 presyo samantalang 700 lng dun s taxi n galing s labas.

    2. B Adventures Travel Vlogs report it,legal sila…may resibo nga,madami sila s airport,paglabas p lng…napicture n sila s news,pero nawawala sila pagtanungin n ng reporter..why bother to report them,alam yan ng airport,ang dami nila dun,nasa harap ng ng sucurity guard minsan..
