I remember that the Chinese or Tibetan are always taking on the market 10 to 20 times higher prices and always the Chinese like to cheat… That is their mentality… If you see it funny then just bargain to the normal price … It is for Chinese compulsory to give you the highest prices because they like to bargain. Bargain is for them fun… You have to bargain everywhere…

This, of course, has little to do with true scamming, but rather simply with making the most amount of money from people who are WILLING to pay the highest price. As far as scamming is concerned, while it does exist in China, it also exists in the West. In the West, we see advertisements for “weight loss,” some of which are real scams. In spite of the bad things we might occasionally see in one country, the good things of that country often outweigh the bad.
