Edge Hopper It slipped out of my mind. Thanks for reminding me. This is going to be long but read on to the end. The biggest problem I have with his videos is he gives out a judgement. If you’re reporting on some issue , you’re supposed to put out the information you have and let the viewers decide for themselves what they think. I have seen this in ever video of him, but for the sake of the length of this comment, I will just talk about this video only.
He begins this video by saying let me tell you the “truth” of this case. Alright? He admits that this scam started in 2011 during UPA government but then goes to talk on about only how BJP might be connected to this? What’s up bro? Let’s forget congress cause that ain’t part of his agenda. Let’s now analyse the points he raised in favour of his argument by connecting Mr. PM to the accused in this scam:
1) PM called his name on a topic that is related to jewellers and scam was not unsurfaced back then, so most probably PM might be backing him. Fair point, eh?
2) Second “proof”. Nirav Modi was present in a picture with PM Modi in Davos with 50 other people and that is just 8 days before this scam came to light and 20+ days after he left the country. Do you think PM is foolish to be seen with a fraudster who fled the country few days before? There is something more than that meets the eye, probably asked to be there to be in the picture that might help other people later on. Moreover, MEA clarified that he was not with the delegation of PM but was there on his independent resources. He also talked about WEF, 2014. He was also just a businessmen back then and not a scammer in the eye of govt.
3) Now this is getting funny here. Wait. What? Seriously? PM knows the richest man of the country? Irony? And his niece is married to brother of accused. So obviously PM Modi knew about this scam. Well, Mere dost ke chacha ke Saale ke mama ne bank loota toh shyd mai bhi Lootera hi hoga, nahi?
4) So he is saying why government didn’t stop him from getting away from the country. Bhai 30 din pehle bhag gya wo, jab uspe koi case nahi tha toh kaise rok lete usse. TO help my case further, Abhi kuch din pehle after PNB scam, Rotomac ka 800 crore ka case bhi aaya tha and uske Chairman Vikram Kothari ko arrest kr liya gya hai. Also the Passports of Nirav Modi’s Family have been cancelled.
5) Now he talks about the ED seizing 5100 crore worth of “DIAMONDS and JEWELLERY”. Demonetisation mai notes the bhai, Aur ye preciosu stones or jewellery hai, how long do you think it takes to weigh these and get a rough estimate. Plus these shops have inventory of all the items , so they know how much is in the stock. This is stupidity at another level.
Now Bhai Rathee doesn’t talk about BJP’s accusation on Rahul Gandhi and Abhishek Singhvi’s relation(google this if you haven’t heard yet) with the accused, may be he got tired. Story toh dono side ki btani chahiye na bhai?
BTW, Who doesn’t want to be associated with the Prime Minister of our country? PM probably know and have met most of the rich and influential people of this country and world.
See, I am not saying BJP is clean or Congress is clean. But the thing is how he reports the issue. How he just announce what he feels to be truth. Nobody knows the truth yet. Let the concerned organisations do their work. And I see this in every video of his and lot of his followers are sheeps, meh meh meh. Rathee is always right, let’s not care to research further cause he must be telling the truth.

One small error: LOU is a “letter of undertaking”, not letter of understanding
