Some guy attempted to fraud me like that once too, but didn’t even bother to give me free jackets… He was stopped on the side of the highway pretending to need help saying he was out of gas, then I said “wait here i go get some gas for you” and he was like “no, give me money I go buy gas myself” and I say “go how ? your car is out of gas and the nearest station is pretty far” then when you put the finger on their scam like that they usualy start to be really rude, he said “be a man and just say you don’t want to help, stop pretending” and I said “how about you ? Aren’t you pretending as well ?” and as I was driving away, he was already doing “help me” signs to other cars again…
Spyro Le Dragon Here in Paris happened to me 2 times, they were asking for help and 5€ because the car was low on fuel…I automatically knew that it’s bullshit considering that both were driving a 2015 Renault Clio
when I went to Tunisia, all the locals think because you are white, you are rich. so every time we went anywhere they tried to scam us.
like give us chocolate or cigs to “try” and then demand money. or the guy on the beach with the crappy necklace, he puts it on you then refuses to take it back and demands money. I just throw it on the floor and walk off. if you are very stern and straight up, they won’t hassle you. if you act like a fanny they will try and take it all

Every famous place has a group of soldiers with assault rifles guarding it.

they will park a car near by, and come to you, and ask you for money,
you try giving them the gift back, they won’t take it, they will continually follow you until you either decide to given them money, or run like hell, or punch them in the face
